1. Define your starting point

A tentative date, estimated guest count and one priority are enough to begin. Keep open questions in your brief if you have not decided everything.

  • Separate essentials from nice-to-haves.
  • Record your own target budget without confusing it with a quote.
  • Choose two references that explain the atmosphere.

2. Compare complete proposals

A price on its own is not enough to compare events. Request an itemized proposal and check what is included, for how long and on what terms.

  • Approved capacity for the selected layout.
  • Furniture, setup, removal and access times.
  • Food, drinks, equipment and staff: included or separate.
  • Accessibility, safety conditions and weather alternatives.

3. Visit and ask

An image provides inspiration; a visit lets you verify. Walk through the space, inspect access and ask about the layout for your guest count.

  • Check that photographs show the venue you will actually book.
  • Confirm parking, restrooms and every service you need.
  • Ask about sound limits, closing times and outside suppliers.

4. Confirm in writing

Before reserving a date or paying, collect the proposal and terms in a document both parties can consult.

  • Agreed date, times, scope and final price.
  • Verified payment recipient and receipt.
  • Change, cancellation and refund terms.
  • Contact person and responsibilities for each party.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book a date here?

The planner prepares an inquiry. Availability, capacity, services and price must be confirmed with the venue and suppliers before booking.

Do the images show a real venue?

They are inspiration references. Concept images made with AI are labeled. They do not establish available facilities, layouts or services.

Is the guest count the venue capacity?

No. It is your planning estimate. Approved capacity depends on the venue and layout and must be confirmed before booking.
